Samsung unloaded their new Galaxy S3 quad-core super-phone on the unsuspecting Hong Kong market last night – and I was there!

Other than this eye-glazing press release, I'm afraid that's as much information as I have.

Samsung originally offered some facetime with one of their honchos - an opportunity as rare as an audience with the Dear Leader -  but that ended up as a few paragraphs of emailed corporate boilerplate.

Still, Samsung is the new king of the mobile castle and the S3 is its hot new 'flagship' product winning rapturous reviews. Its key features as follows:

Feature 1: The meaningless yet essential marketing concept: “greatness”.

Feature 2: Sexed-up existing features - HD screen, quadcore processing, burst camera and smart photo editing.

Feature 3: Creepy features that people seem to like: it tracks your eyeball to see if you're paying attention.

Feature 3: The direct lift from Apple: S Voice.

Want to know more? Ask Samsung - they're dying to tell you.
